I ordered a pair of Sidney shoes which duly arrived promptly. Having tried them on I decided to go up a half size. I telephoned their office and Caitlan told me she only had 2 pairs left so I decided to purchase on the basis I would be refunded when they received the pair I would return. I sent mine back the same day , the new ones arrived the following day and the refund the following day. I have worn Quayside shoes for a considerable number of years, they are well made and comfortable and when you need some help the customer service is excellent.
