We want you to love your Quayside boat shoes. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges policy to make the process as easy as possible.

Our Returns Policy

  • 30-day return window from the date of delivery
  • Items must be unworn and in their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Faulty or damaged items can be returned at any time — please contact us by email and we'll arrange a resolution

How to Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please contact our team with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process and ensure your return is handled quickly and efficiently.

We recommend using a tracked postal service when returning items, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.

Returns Policy

Clear and Simple Return Policy

-        You have 30 days from receipt of your parcel to
return your order.

-         All items returned must be in an unworn
condition in their original, undamaged packaging with all tags attached. You
will not be refunded upon failure of this.

-         If you received a free gift with your order, you
must also return this with your order to receive your refund.

-         If you believe that the product you wish to
return is faulty, please contact us via email before returning your item

The Process

The Return Process

To initiate a return, please click the link below which will
take you to our Royal Mail returns portal. This will allow you to generate a
return label to send your order back to our warehouse. Please note that £5 will
be deducted from your refund for use of this service. Do not stick your label
directly onto the boot/shoe box, this should be stuck onto the outer packaging.

You must enclose your packing note or receipt as proof of
purchase, so that we can identify your return. If you no longer have this, please
print one or write your detail on a piece of paper.

Once we receive your item back to our warehouse, we will
process your refund within 10 business days.
